The W/Re bare wire can not resist oxidation.Our senior engineer Mr. Liu Tao invent a MSC protection tube,the basic body is molybdenum tube,the surface is silicide coating,it can resist 1600 without oxidation and ventilation,it can also resist rapid cold and rapid heat.Its used for assembling and sealing our home-made W/Re thermocouple wire which the precision is≤±0.25%t,then make into the anti-oxidation W/Re thermocouple.The precision of the anti-oxidation W/Re thermocouple is equal to the precision of the Pt/Rh thermocouple,but the price is 50% offer compare to the Pt/Rh thermocouple.It can be used for a long time within 1600 in the oxidation atmospherereductionvacuum and some causticity atmosphere,it can replace the Pt/Rh thermocouple.
We can supply the assembled W/Re thermocouple which has the tungsten tube and the molybdenum tube as its protection tube.It can be used for several times,and not easy to break off.
